That’s correct we are still selling and transferring AR-15’s while the ban is active. However, they are Virginia compliant AR-15’s.
If you are not aware, any semi-automatic rifle cannot be sold in Virginia after 7/1/2026 when the “Assault weapons ban” takes effect.
That means that you cannot buy any firearm with any of these features:
- Multi Position, thumb-hole or folding stock
- Pistol grip
- Secondary grip
- Grenade Launcher
- Threaded barrel
However, we can either remove those offending features, convert your firearm to bolt action, or attached a fixed non removable magazine.
