Virginia Assault Weapons Ban

Starting 07/01/2026 we will be unable to sell any firearms that are banned via the VA assault weapons ban to individuals living in Virginia.

For all firearms we cannot include any magazines over 15 rounds. They will be confiscated, and unable to be transferred. The firearm may still be transferred as long as it is compliant.

This means for the following:

Semi Auto Rifles

Any of the following features makes it banned

  • Folding, telescoping, or collapsible stock
  • Thumb-hole stock
  • Pistol grip
  • Any second hand-grip or that can be held by the non-trigger hand
  • Grenade launcher
  • Threaded barrel capable of accepting: a muzzle brake, compensator, suppressor, or flash suppressor

Semi Auto Pistols

Pistols must have 2 or more of these features to be banned

  • Any second hand-grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand
  • The capacity to accept a magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip
  • Shroud that is attached to, or partially encircles, the barrel and that permits the shooter to hold the pistol with the non-trigger hand
  • A threaded barrel capable of accepting: a suppressor, flash suppressor, barrel extender, or a forward hand-grip
  • A buffer tube, arm brace, or other part that protrudes horizontally behind the pistol grip and is designed or redesigned to allow or facilitate the firing of a firearm from the shoulder

Semi Auto Shotguns

Any of the following features makes it banned

  • Folding, telescoping, or collapsible stock
  • Thumb-hole stock
  • Pistol grip
  • Can accept a detachable magazine
  • Has a magazine capacity in excess of 15 rounds
  • Has a revolving cylinder

Until the law is repealed or there is a full injuction we will not be accepting transfers or purchases of any firearms that meet these definitions. Any firearms received must either be converted to be VA compliant, or returned to the point of origin at your expense!
